Partnering Realtors will receive tax deduction letters & statements for the funding donations that

Charities Funding Partnerships for America receives from all real estate transactions in which our Realtor partners have assisted Clients with the purchase or sales of real estate.

Partnering Realtors will also be authorized to contact the Media, Volunteers & Supporters

to introduce & market their affiliation as a Partnering Realtor with Charities Funding Partnerships for America, which includes their partnering access to CARES Referrals for Charities © innovation that offers every Buyer & Seller of real estate

in the United States opportunities to direct funding from their purchases or sales of real estate

to their preferred Charities or Nonprofit Organizations, without any cost to them.

Partnering Realtors are authorized to market & register Buyers & Sellers
in the CARES Referrals for Charities © program, providing them with opportunities to direct 20% of the Commissions their Real Estate Companies receive from their purchases or sales of real estate,

to their Charities and receive 100.00 Partners In Giving Awards in appreciation of their

assistance in developing funding for Charities & nonprofits from

Charities Funding Partnerships for America.

Partnering Realtors 20% are authorized to register Charities in the CARES Referrals for Charities © program,

as our Partnering Realtor, registering the Charities & nonprofits in their communities, providing them with access

to a program that was designed to develop major funding for Charities & nonprofits, that has no cost to them,

their Supporters or their Supporters, friends & families that will use the program to develop funding,

or from their real estate purchases or sales across the United States.

Partnering Realtors are authorized for listing as our designated Partnering Realtors for the Charities & nonprofits

they have registered, and are marketed as their Designated Realtors in communities media releases.

Partnering Realtors are authorized to recruit Volunteers to develop funding for Charities & nonprofits

in their communities, and to market their Partnering Realtor affiliation with Charities Funding Partnerships for America

and Designated Realtor status with Charities & nonprofits in the community, recommending their Partnering Realtors

to real estate Buyers & Sellers that they meet attending groups & organizations within their communities.

Partnering Realtors are authorized to register recruited Volunteers in the our Volunteer Award programs

which reward Volunteers with $100.00 in Honoraria or Student Volunteers with $100.00 in Tuition Assistance, for each

Offer Buyers & Sellers opportunities to partner with Realtors that are real supporters of Charities,
