CARES Charities Advocacy Real Estate Corporation has made a commitment to provide 90% of the funding developed through CARES Referrals for Charities © without limit, as directed donation funding for Charities & Nonprofits.
CARES develops funding for donation to Charities & Nonprofits from the registration of the buyers & sellers of real estate in our cutting edge funding innovation CARES Referrals for Charities © The CARES-Referrals © that our buyers & sellers receive at the registration, for presentation to the Realtors they select to assist them with their real estate transactions, require the Realtor's Real Estate Companies to remit 20% of the commissions they receive at the closings of our buyers & sellers purchases or sales of real estate, to CARES for donation to Charities.
CARES then donates 90% of the referral & transfer funding to CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR AMERICA, which provides our buyers & sellers with Partners In Giving Awards of $100.00 , as a THANK YOU for their assistance in the development of funding for Charities, and then provides 90% of the net funding to the Charities & nonprofits, as directed by our buyers & sellers registrations they summited to initiate our funding development platform.

Realtors & Real Estate Companies, are the only program participants that have any expense,
as they remit a standard 20% referral fee to CARES, from the COMMISSIONS that they receive for assisting our
referred & transferred Buyer & Seller Clients with the purchase or sale of their homes.
Realtors that select to partner with CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR AMERICA to develop
funding for Charities, remit a special 10% referral fee to CARES from the COMMISSIONS they receive for assisting
our referred & transferred Buyers & Sellers with the purchase or sale of their homes.
Partnering Realtors also receive a significant marketing advantage within the communities they serve,
