CARES Referrals for Charities © requires the Realtors & Real Estate Companies

that our registered BUYERS & SELLERS have selected to assist them with the purchase or sale

of a home, remit 25% of the Commissions they receive at the closing of our referred

BUYERS  SELLERS real estate purchase or sales transactions to CARES

for donation of 90% of the referral funding to Charities.

STEP I

REGISTER

BUYERS & SELLERS

start the process of developing funding for your Charities by registering

CARES Referrals for Charities ©

REGISTER ONLINE

STEP II

SELECT A REALTOR

interview Realtors within your community to determine which Realtor you want to assist you

with your purchase or sale, discuss your participation in the CARES Referrals for Charities © program

and select the Realtor that you prefer to represent your interests.

present the CARES Referral Agreement & CARES Realtor Letter to the Realtor you have selected

and complete the CARES Referral Agreement with the information that your Realtor

will provide, as to the full name of the Realtor and their Real Estate Broker.

remind the Realtor that their selection, is subject to their Real Estate Brokers acceptance

of your referral as detailed within the CARES Referral Agreement.

request & require that the Realtor deliver the completed CARES Referral Agreement

to their managing Real Estate Broker for acceptance.

EMAIL THE

PURCHASE OR SALE AGREEMENT

once your purchase or sale has been negotiated, accepted and a closing date

has been scheduled, email a copy of the agreement to CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS

 to determine the donation funding for the Charities that you have selected.

copy & email the accepted Purchase or Sales Contract to our offices

RECEIVE A PARTNERS IN GIVING AWARD

 

once your real estate transaction has closed and CARES has received

 the referral compensation contracted with your Realtors & Real Estate Companies, CARES

donates 90% of the referral funding to Charities, and you receive a $200.00 Partners In Giving Award

 as a THANK YOU for assisting in the development of funding for Charities.
