that has been accepted by your Realtors managing Real Estate Broker ... you may sign your Realtors

Listing or Buyers Brokerage Agreement, confident that your purchase or sale of real estate

will develop funding for your preferred Charities and that you will receive a

$500.00 Client Gifting Award from CARES as a THANK YOU

for your assistance in developing funding for Charities.

WORK WITH YOUR REALTOR

Once you sign your Realtor's Listing or Buyers Brokerage Agreement

work with your Realtor, listen to their suggestions and take advantage of their experience
