CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR AMERICA provides partnering nonprofits

with 90% of the net funding that is developed from the referrals of nonprofit Supporters throughout the

Untied States that are planning the purchase or sale of real estate, that have registered

with our funding development innovation CARES Referrals for Charities ©

to direct funding to the nonprofit organizations they support

without expense to supporters or their nonprofits.

Charities Funding Partnerships for America provides partnering nonprofits with donation funding to

$5,000.00 per registered Supporter that completes their purchase or sale of real estate through

the CARES Referrals for Charities © funding development platform.

Once registered with CARES Referrals for Charities © on the CARES-platform © nonprofit

Supporters receive a CARES-referral © via email to present to the Realtors & Real Estate Companies

that they have selected to assist them with their purchases of sales of real estate.

CARES Referrals for Charities © programs CARES-referrals © require the Realtors & Real Estate Companies

that our registered nonprofit Supporters decide to select to assist them with the purchases or sales real estate,

remit referral compensation equal to 25% of the Commissions they receive at the closings

of our referred nonprofit Supporter's real estate purchase or sale transactions,

to CARES for donation of 90% of the referral funding to Charities.

Charities Funding Partnerships for America provides partnering nonprofits with access

to our Volunteer & Student Volunteer Award programs, which provides their Volunteers with Honoraria

of $100.00 or Tuition Assistance of $100.00 for each nonprofit Supporter they register in the

CARES Referrals for Charities © program that completes the referral program with the

purchase or sale of real estate. Access to our Volunteer Award programs are

provided to reward our partnering nonprofits Volunteers.

Charities Funding Partnerships for America has designed this funding development innovation

to benefit every stakeholder that participates in CARES Referrals for Charities ©

NONPROFITS

Partnering Nonprofits receive 90% of the net funding to $25,000.00 that is developed from the

referral of their Supporters that are planning the purchase or sale of real estate, that have registered with

CARES Referrals for Charities © to develop funding to support their missions.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers that assist partnering nonprofits in the registration of Supporters that are planning

the purchase or sale of real estate with CARES Referrals for Charities © receive $100.00 Honoraria or $100.00

in Tuition Assistance from Charities Funding Partnerships for America, for each Supporter they have

registered that completes the referral program with a purchase or sale of real estate.

BUYERS & SELLERS

Supporters registered by Charities, Nonprofits and Volunteers

receive $200.00 Partners In Giving Awards from as a THANK YOU for their assistance

in the development of funding for Charities & nonprofits.

Supporters registered by Charities, Nonprofits & Volunteers are provided with

an opportunity to interview Realtors within their communities to select the Realtors & Real Estate Companies

that they prefer to assist them with the purchases or sales of real estate, and receive their client referrals from CARES.

REALTORS & REAL ESTATE COMPANIES

Realtors & Real Estate Companies, are the only program participants that have any expenses

and they only remit standard 25% referral fees from the COMMISSIONS that they receive for assisting our

referred Buyers & Sellers with the purchase or sale of their homes.

CHARITIES REGISTRATION

PARTNERING CHARITIES REGISTRATION

CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR AMERICA provides this registration

for partnering Charities. The registration details the benefits that we provide for Charities that select

to partner with us: a 90% funding commitment , volunteer award programs,

media contact authorization, and social media promotion.

Partnering with CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS has no costs or requirements

partnering is the way that Charities receive the maximum funding of 90% that is available from the program.

Charities develop outreach programs to inform their Supporters & Contributors

about their Charities access to CARES Referrals for Charities © program, a fundraising innovation that

provides supporters with opportunities to develop major funding for their Charities by simply

asking the people they know who are planning the purchase or sale of a home,

to register in the program.

CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS also provides our partnering Charities with access

to our Charities Development Directors to assist them with the development of Supporter outreach programs

at no expense. Our Development Directors work together with Charities to create fundraising campaigns

that feature email & social media contact, with Volunteer directed telephone follow up, that is designed

to answer questions about the program, assist supporters with their registration, and provide them

with registration & referral documentation for them to email their friends, family members

and coworkers who are planning the purchase or sale of a home.

These Charities funding documents provide the legal basis for requiring

the Realtors & Real Estate Companies that our Buyers & Sellers select to receive their client referrals

from CARES, remit the standard 25% referral fee from of the Commissions that they receive

at closing for assisting our referred Buyers & Sellers with their purchases or sales,
